A few notes on the video.

If you didn't read in the video, yes there are things on Limewire that are illegal, and chances are, you're going to download them. But if you simply download the program Limewire, you're not doing anything illegal. The program and most F2P or P2P torrent programs are perfectly legal. However, most of the files uploaded to the torrent programs are illegal, and not supported by the company and makers of the program, meaning they don't have the rights of that file. Say you want to download a rap song. The song is unsupported by Limewire. This song is technically illegal, and yes you can get fined, go to jail, etc etc for it. Again, use it maturely, and use it responsibly. I can't be held for anything if you get in trouble. I'm not telling you to download illegal things. I'm showing you how to download both supported and unsupported files.

Your perspective is retarded then. The actual program... as I've stated more than a million times, is NOT illegal. It's P2P software, and not the first, or most popular of it's kind. Although popular, it is simply a file sharing program. The actual company that runs and supports the program uploads NONE of the content on it, therefor anything uploaded can be by any person. The blame goes to the people uploading, and downloading, not the company that owns the program.

Well...my perspectiveon this is that if it were illegal then they would of shut down the site a LONG time ago and since it's so popular...theres no reason why it shouldnt be if it were illegal and too many people use it so they would probably lock up the owner, not the users...mainly cuz too many people use it
