  • the hotel that inspired the movie The Shining is nearby the park entrance

  • Just came home from a trip to Colorado. The Rocky's are absolutely beautiful and Rocky Mountain National Park is amazing; great trails and roads up to the top!. You haven't seen Mountains until you see the Rocky's! Gorgeous!

  • that was refreshing now i cant wait to go back to colorado oh and by the way 100% of the video was the rockies and 5 STAR

  • We go back to 1915 and they were still present in parts of central Colorado in the higher elevations still might be living in the Southwest part of the state as we speak.Rangers reported them seeing them there as late as the 20's.Whether they were killed off (Predator control even in National parks in those days to let plant eaters make a quick comeback)or just died off (numbers too low to make a comeback) I don't know.

  • uh i dont think brown bears were ever in rmnp

  • Since the wolf was reintroduced to Yellowstone why hasn't the Grizzly been reintroducted to RMNP?There were a few grizzlies still roaming the park when this park was opened.

  • I miss my home town :(
