I hold Pole Dance for Fitness classes @ Towcester Leisure centre (along with classes in Brackley, Milton Keynes & surrounding areas) where they were holding a studio re-launch and asked Ascent-trix to perform a demo and hold a workshop, thought I should record it and pop it up as there is not much footage of full song stuff from me!!
Its definately not a sexy one! This was a family day lol so I just really wanted to give eveyone an idea of the type of stuff they could work towards! :D
