great lok geet by malka pukhraj. some one has commented that this is a gazal, this is not a gazal but a centuries old lok geet sung the unknown singers through out.

Dear Parvez Zulfi sahab,thanks for your comment. You are quite right : it's not ghazal but rather lokgeet...and also called "kaafi",probably written by Khuwaja Ghulam Farid.

Great Song by Malika Pukhraj...Please upload videos of this kind if u have...Mallika Pukhraj is absolutely different from other Ghazal singers of her time. She is unique and greatest in her time.
