The best piano piece I have EVER heard in my life. So beautiful and poetic, it's Yiruma - from his album titled "First Love". The piece is called "River Flows in You". I filmed it playing on my iTunes so the quality isn't the greatest but gives you an idea of the song - you like it - download off of iTunes - worth it!
