MJ White is an artist with a real vibe. Blessed with a falsetto as rich and vibrant as his lower range, its a voice you will remember.

Born the son of a Baptist minister in North Carolina, MJ brings both gospel and jazz influences to the recordings he has been featured on, which has gained him a strong following in the underground dance music from New York to London, since his first singles were released on Bottomline and Atlantic Records in the early 1990s.

MJ's style ranges from hard club tracks to soulful ballads. Over the past decade MJ has worked with house music pioneers Ed The Red Goltsman, George Morel, David Camacho and most recently Mark Wilkinson, Martin Thomas (Tasty Recordings),Eyereel Allstars and Soulshaker (Audiofreaks), Felly, and Arnuad D. Both tracks of his own and tracks MJ has been featured on have been remixed by Mauve, Problem Kids, Liquid People, Paul Jackson, Audiowhores, Loop Da Funk, Tyree Cooper, Soulshaker, SoundDiggers, JR From Dallas, and Stereo Mutants amongst others.....

MJ is now also the lead singer for the UK's hottest dance act The Donatella Movement on SUSU Records UK/Groove Baby UK. He has also written and performed vocals on Love Is Love by Righteous, a hot new Canadian production team, which has been released on Joey Musaphia's Refunkt Records UK, and features on Hed Kandi's "Disco Kandi"...You can also find MJ's tracks on Susu Remixed, Southport Weekender mixed by Tony Humpries and Mastercuts Life Styles Disco House which is in stores NOW!!!
