NOTE: There is some "noise" at 4:12 when Karen says "He's Playing Solitaire" that is not in my video, but seems to have happened during You Tube's "processing." I've uploaded the video twice with the same result.

I remember so clearly... I was lying on the floor in front of the TV when it was announced on the news that she'd passed. I was numb and felt very low for a long, long time after that. If ever there was a voice that should have stayed on earth to keep us all 'Happy' it was Karen. Phenominal vocalist - never be another. I place her much higher than Whitney. Different styles, I know - but Karen's control was flawless...

Never did I see and hear such an amazing Tribute, haunting moving and chilling. The loss of such a wonderful personality and musician like Karen Carpenter left a grand empty space in the music world more so in a wonderful Family.
