@georgewu5 : LOL and you need your mind blown!! Modern architects design for their own glory. They mistake novelty for beauty and choose personal fame over a healthy society. In their hubris they feel they can dictate the social agenda with experiments that have failed time and time again. They create a world that looks like it was designed by machines for machines with the human spirit demoted to a mere commodity like cattle. And we see the symptoms of this at every level of society.

As someone who actually lived in Simmons Hall for 4 years, I have to say that I couldn't disagree with you more. It was the perfect dorm for me, and I can't imagine having lived anywhere else. Viva la Sponge!

Why the fuck did they show a goddamn OCTOPUS for half a damn minute while talking about sponges? Fucking incompetent. Also, the picture of the moray eel.
The imperfections make it great? What is this garbage? It resembles cult brainwashing: "That the Sunoc prophecies fail all logical tests only adds to their mystery and power." said the leader.

This building is silly and stultiying. A flavor of the month that we, in this day and age, are supposed to bow down to. These architects need to do some psychedelics and get it out of their system and start making buildings that stand the test of time.
