  • I like this stuff a lot. One question though: on the lid of the container it says how much more efficient it is for the planet than eating a bacon and egg breakfast. Why does it cost so much then? Are there more mechanical processes involved? It just seems strange to say its so efficient and yet it costs so much. For it to be truly efficient and good for the planet it wouldnt be so overpriced. But I guess the markup on any health food is like 300% just cause they can.

  • This product is awesome. In the interest of full disclosure, I'm a carnivore (evening meal only) but can't start the day without my 2 scoops of Vega Whole Food Health Optimizer. I haven't missed a day in 18 months. I'm a swimmer and a runner and this has helped immensely with recovery. Thanks Vega!

  • I love it!!!

    jiujitsu likes vega!

  • I really enjoy this vega supplements, my recovery from weight training is phenomenal, and my energy has improved, my cardio workouts have improved, and im building lean muscle. ive been vegan for 4 months now and i am planning on keeping a vegan diet and making it a life commitment.

  • This stuff is amazing!! My running has improved so much!

  • When I first started eating this (Vanilla Chai flavour), something about it made me feel a little nauseous, to the effect that I had to hold my nose to drink it. There is a warning on the bottle itself, yes, and I probably shouldn't have started with two scoops. Anyway, after using it for several weeks in-between and instead of meals, it finally simply tastes great, and assists my energy levels. As a skinny and active person that sometimes skips meals, I'm becoming reliant on this more and more.

  • I love the vanilla chai the best :) almost as much as I love Peggy

  • @Reflexionanonyme B12 defiency is common for everyone, not just vegans. People who smoke, people who have had surgeries, people who live in polluted enviroments etc all can have absorbtion issues. Everybody should take a b12 supplement, 40% of the american population got b12 defiency.

  • @superboydk I had that thought process for a long time, but after using it for a while, you realize that you eat less because your body has was he wants. So it remains the same. No additional cost.

The only doubt left in my mind is the b12 absortion. As a new vegan, i read alot on this issue and there are many different point of vues, so i am confused.

So I guess I will rely on Brendan. (He's been vegan for 18 years... judge a tree by its fruits...)

  • Love vega! but i was wondering if anyone knows where to get the ring she is weraring! its amazing!
