Gallop Racer Lucky 7 is my favorite in the Gallop series, a jockey simulation game.

Lucky 7 is the Asian version equivalent to US Gallop Racer 2004.

Yes.

Gallop Racer 8 was released in 2006, equivalent to US version Gallop Racer 2006.  Later, there was another release combining both 7 and 8.

I got both and opined that GR7 was more interesting.

It was bred in the game. I named it with random Japanese characters. I don't even know what it meant.
