Dancing With the Stars: Boulder's 2011 Champion - Valorie Simpson

Valorie Simpson, President of Boulder County's Colorado Business Bank CBB) struts her stuff to raise some dough for Boulder's YWCA.

Valorie was one of eight local celebrities chosen to be part of the Boulder' YWCA's "Dancing with the Stars." Each celebrity was paired with a professional dancer and together they practiced 10 hours over 10 weeks and competed in the finale at The Boulder Theater on Thursday, October 20, 2011.

Various awards were awarded to the best dance teams and to those who displayed great effort. But the most important award, which Valorie won, was given to the team that raised the most amount of money for the YWCA.

With the help of donors, sponsors, and fans who attended the dancing event,
her voters raised $8,500.

Congratulations Valorie for being impressive, both on the dance floor and as a leader at CBB.
