@gwar00415 ...You're asking if the game is modded when the FIRST thing in the video is Liberty Prime getting stuck on quite live trees, not to mention plenty of modern 20th Century weaponry being used, the obvious non-human custom race(Just look at the hands) and the one-shotted Behemoth and the presence of loot Bethesda never put in-game.....

I can take solace in that the video quality is good enough for someone to read the inventory. :p.

And yes, it's modded. Heavily. It's kinda obvious.

Sniper rifle = Barrett M82A1. In real life, it has an accurate range of over a mile and there isn't a creature that's ever walked this earth that it can't oneshot.

The shotgun is an AutoAssault 12. Experimental fully automatic shotgun in real life. I never use it. Personally, I find shotguns in Fallout to be lacking the authority...and, realistically enough, the range I typically fight at. :p
