I have to say I am from Cork and I am extremely proud of John Spillane. He is an inspiration. I've seen him in Cork stopping on the street to chat to buskers etc. I wouldn't like people to think he had a big ego and ignored everyone cause he doesn't.

Go to see John at the Everyman with the my wife every Christmas for the past few years, super concert and he gets better every year.We travel down from Kildare and its well worth it . He is outstanding and also from the center of the know universe "Cork"

I know I said lastly AGES ago but one final thing (I have too much time on my hands :)). John if you ever see this please please continue to write amazing songs like you do. I regard myself as having a vast knowledge of music and I've never once seen an artist who's as consistent at writing spine hitting melodies so just keep doing that. Sorry for the essay I never normally post but this seemed like just cause.
