The pigment u used is that make-up?? because i from holland and i dont get it..

@limoentje89 haha! it is the technique i created. the pigments are loose eyeshadows yes..it allows you to match your eyeshadow to your nailpolish when you go out or if you just like the same color coordination :D xoxo
