Elizabeth Banks shares why women's health security is important and how Planned Parenthood helped her after college. She shares the difference between President Obama's continuing support for women and Mitt Romney's plan to compromise women's rights.

As Elizabeth shares:

"Planned Parenthood is something I care very deeply about. Planned Parenthood was my healthcare provider when I didn't have insurance after graduating from college."

I don't get it, a married couple should be able to make love and enjoy themselves and not worry about if they're ready to bring in a 3rd or 4th child. If a woman ends up having 10 kids, people look at her in shame yet they also look at contraception as shame? When did being responsible become an evil thing?

So what if she wanted it so that she wouldn't get pregnant? "Yes, I got birth control, but it was for..." Why justify it at all?

Look up Mitt Romney's ACTUAL page and go to his values - it's right there on his own web page.

While I personally believe abortion is wrong, if an NPO wants to make birth control available as much as possible to women so the don't make babies to abort in the first place, that sounds like progress to me - something I want to support.

Paul Ryan is committed to undermining women’s rights and women’s healthcare. Romney/Ryan is the most misogynistic ticket in the history of the U.S.

The danger to having a "famous" person speak on an issue is that too many people automatically see them as an authority on that subject, someone that they want to trust without any question. For all I know Mrs. banks could be acting after all she makes her living portraying someone that she is not. I'm not saying that she's a lier, her words seem heart felt BUT we need to question the motive ALWAYS.

I really wish people would stop speaking as though advocating cuts in govt funding for this or that is the equivalent of banning whatever activity or program is being funded. If Planned Parenthood provides such excellent & necessary services, then they should be able to sustain themselves without govt help. The U.S. is now the brokest nation in history; it simply cannot pay for even those programs and activities that are completely legitimate. It just doesn't have the money anymore.

She was AMAZING in Hunger Games! One of my favorite comedic actors of all time, right up there with Parker Posey.
