That is because this is a special thing that the ZuneHD does. If you have music that the marketplace recognizes, it downloads famous pics of the artists. Basically, have your zune marketplace find the album art for all of your music, and you;'ll have a lot more of those.

There is no external speaker, and to honest with you I'm surprised no 3rd party developer has come up with a little speaker for the bottom of it by now.

What do you mean a little speaker on the bottom? The Zune HD has a nonfunctional internal speaker??????

No there is no internal speaker either. There is no speaker for the zune HD. Every sound is run out of the headphone jack. What I was saying, was that I'm surprised that no "gadget" company has come up with an external speaker for the zune HD yet, since that is what a lot of people want for it right now. That and bluetooth.
