Nice job on the rebuild. How big is the layout and how long does it to that to switch the layout?

we havn't really got to that stage of doing a complete T.A.C.S (Tacs Alocation Control System) operation on this layout as of yet. we are still in the build process. but we estimate it will take 2 guys about 10 hours to do a complete rotation. so in terms if we run for a couple of hours a weekend that could take 5 weeks to complete. but on a good saturday night and some more people and a 24 we could get all the cars to their locations in one evening.
