Seeing now the grammar and spelling, as well as the lack of familiarity with word contractions, I can presume that speakers in Manila are flawed as well. :)) In fact, "it seems like these debaters don't know WHAT IS AN interpellation round in oregon. " Please check your grammatical structure. XD
