How to Remove a Rattle in a Tennis Racquet

This is one way to remove a the rattle sound in a tennis racquet. There are other culprits, but this is the most common.

Don't confuse the vibration sound of strings as a rattle in your racket. If you can hear the sound only on impact, it may be the strings. Try adding a vibration dampener first.

I have a rattle in my racket, but it doesn't have a trap door. Is there any other way to get it out?

okay, so like...

i was experimenting by folding strips of lead tape and putting it in a cotton ball, then placing them inside the buttcap of my aeropro GT.

and now one of the folded strips are somewhere in the frame, is there any hope for me in getting that out?

Why does my racquet squeak by the butt cap. I have a Babolat pure storm tour

When you remove the butt cap off there is Styrofoam of some sort and it does not total get the small debris out from the frame. What do you do?
