I shot this video on Memorial Day 2008... a spectacular end to a gorgeous weekend on the island.The fluidity of the kites is accompanied by the Beatles song "Flying".

I was there for the festival. I don't live too far from Wildwood, and we have a place down there, so we go for most of the major events (Kite festival, Irish weekend, Italian weekend, all those fun ones.) Actually, we were on the my dad, uncle, aunt, my cousins and I were on the beach and we hadn't noticed the kites until we went up to the boardwalk for some lunch. It was quite awesome though! Thanks for posting this.
