Legendary! Steve uses Evans hydraulic blue heads on his toms which was part of his signature sound of the early 80s. The heads are still availible today and works amazingly well on all kind of drums!

@drummaboy2346 Electric Wheelchair, and Ledgend of the One Eyed Sailer (concord Blue Devils) were both written from this sort of as a tribute, the original is called Crazy Army and is an old rudimental drum duet with a snare and bass, Its super old there is a guy on here who has a video and plays the snare and bass parts on era correct instruments watch?v=D_brIDjDSBg&feature=re

I'v done a transcription of this in the'Up Close' book I wrote for Steve.
For a fun exercise look up 'paradiddle song' here.It's an old track with Gene Krupa and Louie Bellson with me playing both parts.
