@TheKnightSolaris 4ghz, 20x200, 1.437v atm and Scythe Yasya cpu cooler. 48-49c max temp while running Prime95. Every cpu is invidiual and some might work much better than other one. Luckily mine works great :)

@hemmipalmroos That's impossible. I can't achieve 4 GHz with 1.45, I have C3 Revision and Hyper 212 Cooler.
-
@TheKnightSolaris But on this case, it was stable and now im running @ 4ghz with 1.437v
-
@hemmipalmroos You can even overclock it up to 4 GHz with 1.3 volts, but it won't be stable.
There are no rules at overclocking, and there are no limits, so it may boot up, but it will crash later 100 %

I overclocked my 955BE x 4 to 3.8ghz with 1.3volts. How is that even possible?

Ahnold likes the AMD Phenom II Processor.

@CustomPcsUK but you have a larger L3 Cache, you're better off ^.^
what the hell
I got the 955 with a massive cpu cooler and i can only get 4.0 ghz reaching 66c (and then restarting) under load so how the hell have you got a 940 at the same frequency?

@CustomPcsUK there are many factors to successful oc, strong motherboard, strong chip (specific one, they all made same process but they are different quality) cooling etc. i guess i'm lucky with a good chip BUT, that 4ghz isn't 24/7, i can only do 3.7-3.8 stable.

@tricccple So you can't run 4 Ghz, you only can say that your computer runs at a certain clockspeed wen it runs stable.
