1992 800m Paralympic Wheelchair Race. The quality is rough. But, it is the first time a wheeler beat the 800m runner world record. Jeff Adams and Cisco Jetter almost comes around at the end but Scot Hollonbeck holds them off. Strategy - all or nothing - door to door off the front. This was a day that changed sitting in the draft waiting for the sprint. Coach Marty Morse Univ. of Illinois. Athlete: Scot Hollonbeck. Scot went on to 4 Olympic and 4 Paralympic games winning 6 medals and setting around 10 world records on the track. He was not the fastest or strongest, but used pack position, speed changes and all or nothing tactics to finish well in many races.
