The Dark Knight - "The City is at War"

I thought of TDK, specifically the Joker, when I saw the original music video for this song. Because it was pretty funny.

Oh and, cartoon!Joker and Harley are included a little. ;)

ETA: Thanks for all your wonderful comments. I went through 'development hell' with this damn video. iMovie kept closing down and I had to keep remaking that fast-paced sequence at the start. Pissed me off something fierce. But it was worth it.
