hey i have a problem on my set up on my novation launhchpad when i put it on my PC it it shows on the input and output but it doesn't identify it on the control surface

I'd like to know what to put in the remote script (ableton) configurationt text file to make the launchpad work with the 8 macro knobs (without midi mapping) - I can do this real easy for a device which has nobs, but how do you do the same thing for a decive (launchpad) that uses a range of buttons to emulate a nob ? what do you type in ?

@mikebx21 I had the same problem. Did you install the USB Drive that comes in the CD? I downloaded it and it got fixed ^^

the on button under output for the track is gray, it turns on, but its gray not yellow like the others, help?

im having the problem with the launchpad where launchpad is not an available option in the input and output. technical support will not respond and i cannot find a solution anywhere
