This law is ridiculous. It isn't near as efficient as it is made out to be. People who pass this Joshua's Law test/course still drive dangerously. No one drives better by doing some simulator or taking an online course about stuff that does not have anything to do with driving. I have other things to do. And yet I have to spend thirty hours on the internet doing something that I don't need. You will learn literally 6 times more about driving by being on the road with a parent.
