GT5 - Grand Tour - Eiger Nordwand & Commentary 1:16:954

I probably spent about 5 hours trying to figure out the best possible way to beat this with a DS3 and using automatic transmission for those who are having extreme trouble with this event. Using a Fanatec PWT wheel I was able to get a time of 1:16:112 but yea... can be done even better than that as shown by some pros on youtube.

Anyway the best and most stable settings I found that would work for anyone using a DS3 (standard ps3 controller) are as following:

Automatic transmission, TCS 7, driving line OFF (its a distraction), active steering MILD, active stability management (ASM) OFF, ABS should be at 5.

i fucking give up this is my only challenge left for gold trophy to plate this game and its not Fair at all POS Game! i have try this for last 3 months and i get nothing but 1:17:100 cant get o the bridge at 33 just 0:34 seconds i cant push it i would just rather pay some dude do this shit for me because this shit just fucking ant fair

I wanted to say thanks for the video. I was finally able to get it done at 16:867 after working on it for quite a while. You're right, that throttle control is paramount, especially on the second half of the track.

@RedKitsuneRayouko Congrats! In my opinion this is the hardest race in GT5. The X2010 races are easier as well lol because the red bull car handles like a beast.
