yes...a compass tells direction through magnetic forces and depending on the direction it shows, they round it off. i think the exact direction is 97(09.7), so they round it off to 100 (10)

Lol^^ many people tell me that ! i'm absolutely sure it's runway 10 since october 2008 ! Exact QFU is 096°! I saw the number 10 written on the runway two weeks ago ^^ lol Thank' you very much mate :)!
