How to get cracked apps on Installer 1.x.x-2.x.x/Cydia 1.x.x-2.x.x

For Cydia 1.x.x-2.x.x:
1. Go to www.xsellize.com
2. Register with an account and make sure that you can log in and it is activated.
3. Open up cydia on the iPod Touch/iPhone.
4. Add the source "http://xsellize.com/cydia/user-pass" (Change "user" to your username and "pass" to your password)
5. Let the sources refresh and enjoy!

For Installer 1.x.x:
1. Open installer.
2. Add the source "http://xsellize.com/installer" (No username or password require)
3.Let the source refresh and enjoy!

For Installer 2.x.x:
1. Go to www.xsellize.com
2. Register with an account and make sure that you can log in and it is activated.
3. Open up Installer 4.0 on the iPod Touch/iPhone.
4. Add the source "http://xsellize.com/i4/user-pass/" (Change "user" to your username and "pass" to your password)
5. Let the sources refresh and enjoy!

ok my brother gave me his iphone, it has cydia on it... does that mean its been jailbroken? also i tried dragging and druping a couple of apps to itunes but it said there was an error installing them... help? :(
