COMMENTARY: Nesteph's No True Atheist Fallacy

According to Nesteph, atheists who convert to Christianity were never true atheists, just like Christians who convert to atheism were never true Christians, just like scotsmen who put sugar in their porridge were never true scotsmen.

Last thing here, I am a Liberal and there is definitely a Liberal media. I think what he meant to say was there is no Liberal AGENDA but he kinda missed the mark on that. Of course I am not gonna say there are no Liberal Agendas either, there are; just like Conservative agendas.

Also I like to mention that if the Christian God did show up and prove his existence, that wouldn't make any atheist..well the ones with stones at least..become a Christian. Atheists who study up on the bible or other religious texts know that the God that is portrayed in those books are borderline evil and would never bow to such a being.

Also, you are right on this as well, just because someone is an atheist, does not excuse them for being stupid just because they do not believe in God.

I do however question ShockOfGod about him being an atheist. Though he says he was one, he never really described what he did as an atheist in his videos or ever explained it, VenomFangX on the other hand said he was an atheist and he explained why he became a christian. Though that is the only credit I give him.

What I don't agree on is that atheist are not Devout, none of them are. The ones here on youtube just try to explain things scientifically without the means of the Supernatural.

As an atheist, I would require evidence to back up God's existence, then we would have to find out which God he was because there are several denominations of Christianity and other religions as well. Though I will say, you came up with some good counter arguments against that guy. It is good to see a Christian that is careful in what he says. I also agree with your argument when it comes to "Not being a true Christian" or "True Atheist".

Actually, the New York Times has criticized Obama a good number of times but for different reasons than you would. Because they believe (and I do too) that he just caves in to the Republican's demands, hence our very watered-down version of "healthcare reform" if you want to call it that. And the fact that the USA plans to veto against the Palestenian state, which IMO is bad for national security because it will inflame radical Islamic tensions and that's never good for national security.
