Basically, each and every woman that is playable in this game leads their own faction in this scenario against each other, along with their intimates and immediate family as officers (so, say, Lady Mi (Liu Bei's wife) and Huang Yue Ying (Zhuge Liang's wife) will be in separate factions, with Liu Bei and his sons as the former's officers and Zhuge Liang and Zhuge Zhan as the latter's, and so forth). Other officers that don't fit will be hidden in cities for the women factions to search for.

so no, no impact there. she makes an impact in the STORY, not history. she's just a great plot device. she is one of the four greatest beauties in china's history...and being the only on of the four who didnt exist, which i find funny :)
