To ride that twin rail Nu-Pike Coaster for the first time was sensory overload. I can still recall my first ride on it back in the day. Thanks for posting!

@68Wildhorse Yes. That is my understanding. the "Laff In the Dark Funhouse" had been his final resting place since the '30's?

@68Wildhorse Yes! Can't believe you know his name. Was in front of Laff in the Dark which they show for a second right at 2:42.

Downtown L.B. has gone downhill since the Cyclone Racer was torn down. I used to ride the Cyclone as a teen in the late 60's.

@jerrymiles I thought it was something like that. Man that's creapy.

Man....you just flashed me back to the age of 5! That was my first roller coaster! And that fun house was a blast!!!!! I was just talking about this the other day too. This was a great memory for me, thank you I had some of my best weekends here, and lately I run into people that have the'lil' devil tattoo and they all say the same, I got that at the PIKE in LB!! This is so great I can't wait to show this to my nephew and what family weekends were all about... :)
Isn't this where Elmer Mccurdys mummified body was found? Hanging in the funhouse?
