Help us solve a mini-mystery. In converting some 16 mm home movies, we came across this snippet of what appears to be a Michigan football game. We think it may be from the mid to late 30s. Anybody want to disagree or try to pinpoint the exact year?
The footage was shot by Ovid Weldon. Read the story behind it at http://www.annarbor.com/business-review/home-video-shows-footage-of-michigan-...
Pleas note: Priceless Photo Preservation does not reprint or make public materials it processes unless it obtains permission from the owner.
The video is of lower quality than our professional conversions in order to make it available to the public as quickly as possible.
Even in the 30's the students didn't show up before the band hit the field.

Tough to imagine how working pros could add nasty interlacing artifacts into footage that began on film & ended up as 480p ("p" for progressive).
