@ncfo20 how strange. To feel such compassion for an animal that naturally eats human beings, but to hold no compassion for one's fellow man who only wishes to have food on the table and entertain passersby.

@sombersolitude No, the WSPA and IAR ended the dancing bear practice in India last year and in Europe many years ago. The only place to still have dancing bears, is Pakistan but not for much longer. Do your research before commenting please.

@ncfo20 you realize, you just contributed money to a perpetual cycle.. the owners of the bears do it because there is a lack of work in that particular area. the wspa buys the bears freedom. guess what, another bear dancer owner comes into picture. it is part of their culture anyway, you can't change that. so... in other words DEAL WITH IT

Last year I donated over $600 dollars to animal charities (about $400 to WSPA) because of everything I learned about animal cruelty. I think there were about 1200 dancing bears before the rescue operation began and now there are only about 100 left and WSPA hopes to have them all rescued by the end of this year :). But seriously I hope all the people who owned dancing bears die a slow and painful death and go STRAIGHT TO HELL!!!!

One day, when im old enough, im gonna stick a rope through an indian persons nose and tie it round their head, and make them do the chicken dance! And make everyone laugh! Whos gonna be an indian-dancer with me ! :')
