My 2007 MacBooPro has been crashing a few time last week. I'm a new mac user and I thought this stuff only happened on a PC not a Mac. Windows gets such a bad rap but Mac OS (I'm running leopard) is not the be all!

  • I can't believe you betrayed windows

  • @numba1netsfan "Macs dont get viruses written for them because its difficult to make such a thing on a Unix based OS"

No it's not. Windows is just more targeted, because it has 90% market share. Why develop viruses for an Mac that doesn't even have like 8% of the market?

  • My iMac is as slow as a Windows and crashes as much as a Windows. But I didn't betrayed Windows. I hated Apple and I hate Apple even more now that I have one of their "wonderful products"... Seriously, ALL my Apple products are gifts from people who know I like computers. But I like WINDOWS COMPUTERS and I curse Apple for its interface that limits users capacities and for all the trend it has now that makes people think Apple makes the best computers in the world. Because they don't.

  • Difference between mac and windows:

When a MAC program chashes: The whole computer freezes and you have to reboot

When a Windows 7 program crashes: The crashed program will go white and a window will appear asking you to wait or close it. But the OS is unaffected and you can keep working withot restarting.

  • @FreeForAllGamerz Last BSOD I had erased my hard drive.

  • @FreeForAllGamerz Hell no! it just gives you a god damn blue screen saying its going to erase your dard drive! You call that a warning???

  • Mac: oh go with your fun and winning PC while i sit around and be a sore loser you were meant to be a PC guy PC: Umm mac? Mac? oh no he crashed
