GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE
(All organic ingredients, I modified her recipe to suit my taste buds!)
-1 1/2 cups of water
-1 head of Romaine lettuce
-1/2 bunch of spinach, or 1/2 container of pre-washed baby spinach
-4 stalks of celery
-1 apple
-1 pear
-1/2 lemon
-1/3 of a pineapple (optional)
-1 banana (frozen or fresh)

I like to blend it until it a smooth. With a Vitamix, this is a lot easier, but you can make it in a traditional blender. It will just take longer to blend the romaine/etc and might get a bit warm, so you will have to stick in the fridge after making it! Yum!

WOAH , Brittani you don't even know how much you impact and inspire my life. I've been depressed for the last two weeks because of school, friends, dance and track and I've cried each night thinking my life should just end. I watched this video and you instantly raised me up, it's amazing how a laugh or smile is contagious. I watched this and got up and went for a jog, it was great. I got home and just smiled cause I thought of how happy and truthful you were, knowing that, I already felt good!
