2、辅料:青蒜、葱姜末;
3、调料:绿豆淀粉;
4、制作方法:
(1)基围虾去皮,留住虾尾,用绿豆淀粉和水上浆备用;
(2)碗中放入盐、糖、米醋、料酒、葱丝、姜丝、蒜片、青蒜和水,调成碗汁备用;
(3)油温五成熟时逐个下入虾仁,炸至外焦里嫩时控出油,把调好的碗汁倒入锅中,翻炒两下,即可出锅。
