@XforeverlongingX Thanks for your comment. Actually, the world we live in is contaminated with numerous poisons. Too many to name here. I think it is wise to detox the body on a regular basis. Our immune systems are constantly under attack. The detoxing helps to provide a "catalyst" with which the toxins can bind and be readily extracted from the body by the immune system. Prior to detoxification, I had numerous health symptoms which all disappeared following a lengthy detox program. :)

@angel32girl2 "My point in general, is that it is a good idea for at least once in a persons life to detox their bodies. " How many times do I have to say this. Your body does that for you. That is how you are alive despite all of the bacteria around you the pollution in the air and so forth. Want an example? a smoker stops smoking. What happens without medical intervention? the lungs heal themselves

@angel32girl2 It's all a lovely idea though and that's why it has such an appeal to it. The notion of "healing" your body "naturally" is something every thinking primate would want to do. It just doesn't work that way though. There are tricks and tips to for example kill bacteria on the skin (salicylic acid from willow bark I believe or witch hazel) Lauric acid, caprylic acid from coconuts help with certain fungi and so forth but this isn't curing cancer. This isn't detoxifying as it's touted

@angel32girl2 "Anybody can simply detox by doing raw juice fasts and such without the use of additional supplements." There is no detoxification occurring in "raw juice fasts" all you're doing is not eating solid food. That is not detoxification. If you had come to me and said I am using Dimercaptosuccinic acid or EDTA then you'd be right to say that is detoxifying (and also dangerous at times, and only to be used with mercury/lead poisoned patients backed by clinical evidence/testing)

@angel32girl2 "chronic pain or other diseases with acupuncture or another alternative medicine approach. I think you should read more about this, and look at the news and at what age little girls are starting to have their periods. " All of which is a non-sequitur.

@angel32girl2 No no my dear madame, the presenter in this video is claiming to offer certain services that have certain effects. If you do the research, which evidently means nothing to you (which I should add, contempt for research is the worst stance to take in the medical profession), you will find that this is all speculative and that promises are made that have A. not been proved to be true. B. the former is not told to the patient. It's called being a charlatan. Be one if you'd like.
