@k4lash they have, women naturally have a better immune system that fights illness and stuff alot better than us men, they have this to help protect their baby if they are pregnant. so they naturally have a better immunity system that fights illness symptoms and keeps the effects of the symptoms down as much as possible, we fella's cant carry children so we dont have this extra help that the women get. So we blokes feel the full grunt of an illness, women dont.

Another fun fact: female rats are much calmer if they can smell male rat's sweat. Reason?
Sweat -> was working hard -> probably doing something useful = female is happy.
