Lower Liard River, BC (Canada)....we measured ~350 cubic meters per second flowing past a point in time. It was above historical monthly means & there was 2m (6 ft) of ice in each hole so could be lots of jamming, backing up & maybe flooding. Thick ice due to lack of insulating snow this year.
