Thank you Alex, I went to the health food store and found a Quercitin and Bromelain mix in capsule form, I also use Vitamin B5, aka as Pantothenic acid, along with all the B vitamin's, they work very well for me with my hay fever. I never heard of taking Reishi, I will have to try it. I heard you are not to take Butterbur if you are allergic to Ragweed, which I am, however my aunt take's it for migraines and it works very well for her! Thank's so much for your video's and tip's! :o)
