  • @Entertainmentwriter

Couldn't have said it better myself - I shared the same sentiments after hearing THIS song for the first time last night!!!

  • Heard this song for the first time last night as a 34-year-older. I'm an African-American East Coast transplant from Memphis who barely got exposure to softrock growing up listening to the tunes of R&B, Jazz, Hip-Hop and Rap (my indigenous favorite genres of music).

However, this UNBELIEVABLE ARTISTIC GENIUS has made me a fan, especially after finding out this group sings some of the greatest songs I've ever heard in passing since I was a kid.

"I know all at once who I AM!" :)

  • @clive11: I WAS in school when this stuff was out. 1977. Still love it today! They're on tour this year too. Check it out! :)

  • @mrrichardfeder - of course, incocert it's Jon Herrington

  • kids should listen to this stuff at school, as part of their cultural development...in the period of 10-15 years we would have a more demanding audience...now imagine how many soi-disant ''artists'' would disappear from the horizon...food for thought...

  • @FlyingSkettiKitty

    Absolutely friggin' right!!....

  • Brutal. The existential anthem for my generation.
