Hotpoint Aqualtis Washing Machine Part Two

the mould problems with this washer part two dose the cleaner that Hotpoint recommends work ?

Good news on the Hotpoint Aqualtis after 8 service washes & the use of Hotpoint cleaning powder the mould has gone out the drum & the scum is breaking up in the pipe & flushing away I have used Mr Muscle Bathroom & Toilet Cleaner in the wash as well & now the build up is breaking up & flushing away & the scum out the washer is gone, I just wish Hotpoint made it clear in the owners book how to keep up with the cleaning side of this washer so people like my 68 year old mother will understand how to do a service wash I feel that he heater in the washer has let the washer down as with the build up with limescale as it looks like the washer was not getting to the right temperature to dissolve the washing powder I just hope now that it's getting there this will end the mould problem, the Black Mould on the seal has not come off & has caused the seal to fail.
