  • are you holding the rod at the centers edge? also is your tungsten balled on purpose? thanks and nice work?

  • @yesac101 Yes! Hold that filler rod at the center and not move it. Walk with the arc on the filler rod. No the tungsten can be pointed, but not like a needle, and the point is then blunted with 1/4D (Diameter of electrode). And taper 2D. This method has more penetration and weld pool has a better fusion. Also the grinding marks on the taperad area must run in a lenthwise direction. This method of grinding ensures the best current carrying characteristics. Thanks and nice work to you, too.

  • @wwwracingpartsro Hello friend from ROMANIA, Thanks for watching my videos. Yes this technic is more effective because I have all control of pool weld. Greetings from BRAZIL to you.

  • @fredvgarcia thats what id like to know, from the look of the end of the joint there is a bit of suck back there but, the edge to me is no indicator of the rest of it cos the end takes the most heat

  • @yesac101 How much suck back did you get on the back side of this t- joint ? . Very good video
