@TheDensley7 What do you mean? Philosophy is doing just fine. Wittgensteins theories kicked of the schools of everyday language philosophy - a school completely obliterated by criticism. Wittgenstein presented no coherent theory, but laid out a programme, so to say, in which philosophers could work. Many of his points are still valid. But it hasn't been the end of philosophy in any way.

Which is funny, since he was arguing a lot against his own theories to see if they hold up. I wish more people had that kind of open mindedness.

@obiwanobiwan13 Wittgenstein brought an end to philosophy - his theories are very hard to refute.
In these times of darkness,humanity needs clear-minded men like Bertrand Russell to light on the path and thus know where to go.
