If you have any doubts - the film also won the 2009 Bafta Best Film and Best Director for Danny Boyle. The Bafta award for Best Sound Editing was bestowed on Resul Pookutty in the same film. The film also received awards for Best Editing, Best Cinematography and Best Screenplay. So, 7 Bafta Awards in total!! What a great movie... and original songs. Now - also several (8) Oscars! One for best adapted screenplay and another for best cinematography. (The 2009 Oscar for cinematography went to the great Anthony Dod Mantle. The award for best adapted screenplay was won by... Simon Beaufoy: well-deserved. Oscar for Best Sound Mixing went to Ian Tapp, Richard Pryke and Resul Pookutty - their first Oscars wow! Oscar for Best Film Editing went to Chris Dickens) Also two more Oscars for best director (Danny Boyle) and best picture ( Christian Colson), amongst others.

Yes i felt this particular soundtrack
