The history of Thrash Metal is something that must be told by the people who played it, loved it and lived it. However, this is not that story. This is an inside look at a new generation who are playing Thrash and living the storied lifestyle of the Metal giants of yesteryear... now. Playing the music they have in their blood, and doing whatever it takes along the way to keep true Metal alive and well, Thrash's future saviors tell their story in their own words in the midst of the chaos!

Interviews for this film were done from late 2008 to the summer of 2010, and the film was released in November of 2010. All interviews, filming and editing was done independently by Joe Coleman. Thanks to all the bands who helped make this possible.

There is a DVD for sale of this entire documentary for $8 (includes shipping). Contact me here for more details.

  • @ 3:39 HAHAHAHHA, listen please to this asshole, telling that new Kreator is crap and that they are money driving albums. Well you retard when you create masterpiece album of thrash metal like Enemy Of God you give me a call. Who are you to preach to others whats wrong on right. .!.

  • I agree with Morphymaniac, Enemy of God was great. Hordes of Chaos was sick too. Metallica's Death Magnetic was decent. Not great, but it was a step in the right direction.

  • 3:10 Fucking sick ass Tyrant shirt.

  • plus hordes of chaos is pure raw. fuck that, this guy doesn't know what he is saying. kreator are also not money driven in the slightest

  • new kreator is crap? obviously he hasnt heard of violent revolution or hordes of chaos. i can understand where hes coming from tho. some people are so devoted to metal if a band ever changes they will refuse to give them a second chance.

  • 7:32 german thrash underated legends

  • Kreator had shitty albums from 92 - 99 then they came back with Violent Revolution.

  • LOL new Kreator crap?

  • I love new thrash, especially Vekor, Havok and the like, but whoever this fuckwad is in his go-nowhere, shithouse band saying Kreator, new OR old is "money driven" or "crap" can straight get fucked twice. Kreator's worst song is more relevant than anything that douche fuck will ever play in his life. Suck a fucking dick.
