Kenjiro, Luo bears the standard for his branch of Gao... and is advanced enough that if he is doing something.. you can safely assume he has a very good reason for doing it. You might try practicing more and looking, not for flaws, but for helpful hints in his performance that may assist in your own training.

Apparently he's gotten much better since this was filmed, which is a bit scary. :)

Luo is takining it slow and careful in this video. If you see him in action and have the chance of him practicing on you, you will remember the force he generates for the rest of your life.

This is really nice! I've bean working on the parts of what I see here for a while. This is a great demonstration of an integrated whole. I wish I had a teacher to formally train still to move beyond the basics. This Will help me with blending the circle walking training with the linear movements I was taught separately to be joined later.

i totally agree...you should be sweating even when doing tai chi because you have to challenge your root by getting down...well it makes me sweat at least.
