This isn't freestyle, its Rehearsed... can I prove it? Could anyone prove that he didn't? Hard to prove either way, especially when you put this against lightning bolt, which is a riot of a parody. I've heard parts of this in other works of his as well, so, w/e.

Does anyone here have any common sense? Nowhere on this video did Homeboy Sandman say this was a freestyle. Obviously, it was a written. In fact, those who know him, knows he's against people calling a written verse a freestyle. The person who uploaded the video mistakenly entitled this video "...freestyle". And for those that are not familiar with the homie Sand, he happens to be one of the illest freestylers to come out of NY in a long time..
