This is what happens in the real world. You work, you pay your bills and you pray you have something left over to live on until the next pay day. There are people out there that need these benefits but don't get them, they seem to go to people who can support themselves, thats the real problem. 20 years is a long time to be on benefits, I cannot see in this film why Vince is in difficulty. We all deal with our fiancial situation everyday and struggle on, why is Vince any different?
